Therapeutic Sports/Swedish/Deep Tissue massage by a male therapist custom made for the Athletic male.

If you are into team sports, running, swimming or workout regularly, then this massage is for you.

About the session:Spa music and a candlelit room awaits you.

We will start with a little chat about any issues you may have regarding your body.

I will leave the room to go wash my hands while you undress and lie down face down on the table.

I will start with your upper back, neck, lower back and then spend a good amount of time on your legs, glutes and thighs. I use long deep strokes (up and down your entire body) and will focus on areas you need the most.

Same will be done to the front of your body once you flip over. I will finish with a stomach massage.

PS: Stretching legs and arms will be part of the session.

Please DO NOT wear cologne and be freshly showered (I cannot stress this enough). I take pride in my health and body and expect my clients to be healthy and in good shape (body weight proportion).

First timers, athletes, students, bodybuilders and fit men are welcome. I easily bring comfort to unsteady nerves with my courteous and fun demeanour.

I am a 49 Y.O. fit white man with a muscular body, 5'9", 175 lbs,

I eat healthy and always have a positive outlook on life.

I have over 20 years of massage therapy under my belt. I was trained and registered in California for years till I moved here in Vancouver.

I have developed my own massage technique over the years combining Therapeutic Swedish, Sports and Deep Tissue.

I have a very clean, modern, private & cozy place with a shower for your need in the Kerrisdale area of Vancouver.

The difference between a SPA session and what I do.

You will NOT be covered head to toe with sheets like at a SPA, Chiropractor's Office etc....

A small towel can be placed over your glutes (optional) so I can move it around easily...it allows me to get the entire body parts for longer deeper strokes so you get the maximum benefits your body requires.

Can I book on the same day? Yes,You may try to book last minute but most of my clients book a day ahead to secure a spot.
Do you work weekends? Yes.
Do you work late night? No.The first opening is 9 am and the last is 9 pm.
How many clients a day do you take? I only take 1 to 2 bookings a day only; so you will have my full strength and attention.
Do you do outcalls to homes or hotels? I only do outcalls to hotels within the Greater Vancouver Area and charge $300 for a 90 mins.
No outcalls to private homes.
What should I say when texting you? Let me know who you are ( age, shape, type of sports or activities you do, any injuries etc...), what you are looking for in a session (deep tissue, fixing issues with back problems or simply a relaxing session) and what day and time you are looking to book and we'll go from there.
What type of massage do you give? I do a combo of Deep tissue/Sports/ Swedish and Lomi Lomi.
What is Lomi lomi ? Lomi lomi is an Hawaiian style where the strokes are from head to toe up and down the body using long, deep strokes, using my hands and forearms to relax your muscles and promote blood circulation throughout your body.
What type of oil do you use? I use organic warm coconut oil.
Do you offer couple's massage? Yes:You can both arrive together and we can discuss who goes first. I will start the first hour with whomever wants to go first (the other can go to Starbucks a couple blks away and wait) and after the first session is over, I can work on the second person while the first person goes away to wait in car or Starbucks; ie: only one person at a time.
What will I be wearing during the session ? To get all benefits of long strokes without having sheets draped all over you like a mummy at fancy SPA, it's best to wear you birthday suit. If you prefer to be cover with a towel, just let me know before we start the session.
Can I rinse off at your place? Yes, If you are coming from work, you may shower here, otherwise please shower at home right before you come over and do not wear cologne. Deodorant is fine.
Can I wear jewelry and cologne? No cologne please (deodorant is ok). I am very sensitive to perfumes and it will make me sneeze and we obviously do not want that during the session. As far as Jewelry, It's best to try to remove all jewelry but if you are not able to, I will work around them.
Why do you charge so little for an hour session? Vancouver is such an expensive city and since I do not offer Insurance receipt and it's coming out of your own pocket, I feel $120.00 is justified at this moment.
Do you expect or accept tips? Yes if you feel like I went beyond your expectations and went extra minutes; but it is not expected as I am the owner of my business.
How can I get a discount? After your first session, if you write me a Google review, you will get 25% OFF.
Do you have free parking? Yes, right out front of my building without any restrictions whatsoever.
Which bus goes to your place? Bus #16 from Downtown drops you off 3 blocks away by 43rd & West Blvd.Or, from Oakridge Station RAV line, get on rapid bus #41 west direction to Balsam street and walk two blocks.
How far is it from Downtown? 20 mins by car or Uber.
Can I see photos of you? The black and white photos on this site are photos of my body taken during a fitness photo shoots.I do not send pictures of my face for privacy reasons.
What if I don't want to give out my phone number for privacy reasons? You have the option to email me at: ticolemay@me.com
Do you respect my privacy? Yes, I respect your privacy and will not contact you after our session, unless you reach out first.
Why do you only accept cash? Once we have had a first session paid by cash, I could always accept an E-Tranfer, Zelle (for Americans) or Paypal transfer.
Do you talk during the session? Not really no.We will discuss any issues before the session; but once we start it is best not to talk . I may ask you if the pressure is to your liking, but after the first 5 mins it will be a quiet period with only SPA tranquil music playing so I can focus on YOU.
Do you do the session on a table? Yes, I practice on a massage table with a headrest using clean white sheets and towels. I use Organic Coconut Oil and will wipe you down with a hot towel after the session.
Is the massage performed in a condo, studio or office? The session takes place in my living room. I reside in a newly remodelled apartment complex (only 3 stories high and my place is on the top floor with no one above me). It is a very quiet and private area.
Do you offer other services not mentioned here? Yes, Just text me and ask any questions you may have regarding other services.
